Wolves Week!
Record Breaker!
The Junior Varsity Football game scheduled for tonight with Turtle Mountain in Steele has been cancelled due to the weather.
The Third Graders had an "APPLE-solutely" amazing time today during our Apple Platform STEM Challenge!!!
Working with a partner, the kids had to plan, design, build, test, and problem-solve as they created a free standing platform that could hold one apple-or MORE!!!
Wolves Tourney Day!
It was an "Apple-solutely" successful STEM Challenge Day in Third Grade!!! The kids were so excited to see how many apples their platform could hold!!! One team's platform was strong enough to hold SIX WHOLE APPLES!!! Wow!!!

Future engineers at work! 🌧️🐾 Mrs. Kapp’s third graders tackled a fun Science challenge this week by designing and building "Pet Umbrellas" to protect their favorite animals from the rain. Working in teams, the students loved collaborating, problem-solving, and bringing their creative designs to life.
The annual September lesson on taking pride in yourself, your work, and your community was another success! After the lesson, we headed outside to clean up garbage around the school grounds. A great way to put the lesson into action and take some pride in our school and community!
The sophomores have been busy! They attended their first college fair in Bismarck on Monday, and the juniors joined them for the experience. We are so proud to see so many of our Kidder County students taking the time to explore their options and think about what they may want their future to look like. 🎓
For the juniors, this was their second year attending, so they are officially college fair veterans! The students gathered lots of great information, explored different opportunities, and had some fun along the way. It was a successful event and a great experience for our students!

Kidder County’s Homecoming King, Grady Larson, showed off his skills off the football field and took to the hallways to teach elementary students and his peers about the importance of oral hygiene as part of his Public Health High School Intern duties!
Grady was a natural, quizzing students, sharing information, educating others, and handing out some goodies. He did a great job making learning about oral health fun and engaging!
Nice work, Grady! We are proud of you!
