The Kidder County School District is accepting applications for a full-time assistant cook for the 2026 – 2027 school term, starting on August 12th. Very competitive salary and benefits. School Payment System Changes
This notification is being sent to inform student families that the school will no longer accept lunch and sports payments through E-Funds.
The school is currently working to implement a new payment system that will integrate with the State of North Dakota's new student information system, Infinite Campus, which will replace PowerSchool.
The last day to submit payments through E-Funds will be June 29, 2026.
Additional information regarding the new payment system, including the start date and instructions for use, will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

The Kidder County boys golf team competed in the super regional today in Jamestown. The team fell just shy of a top 10 finish out of 25 teams. Very proud of the team effort.
Congratulations to Lucas Larson and Grady Larson as they will represent Kidder County in the state tournament for the first time in program history!! Out of 142 golfers, Lucas placed 3rd overall with a score of 76. Grady tied for 12th with an 81.
The state tournament will be held next week in Carrington. Well done, and good luck at state boys!!!
We'd like to welcome some new coaches to our KC Coaching Staff for the upcoming season! Congratulations to Coach Josh Rode on being named our Head Varsity Girls basketball coach. Josh is employed by the ND Highway Patrol and has been an assistant on our coaching staff the past few years. Congratulations to Coach Miranda Nelson on being named our Head Girls Golf Coach! Coach Nelson is our high school Special Education teacher and has helped with numerous events in our community in the past. In addition, we'd like to thank Coach Tyson Bodvig and Coach Paula Diegel for their dedication to our student-athletes over the past few years!
Congratulations to all the Kidder County athletes for their efforts at state this weekend! Lincoln Harter placed 7th in triple jump and javelin. He also set a new school record in javelin!
Congratulations to seniors Blake Binder, Preston Fischer and Taylor Zimmerman for being selected to their respective All-Region Baseball/Softball Teams! Also, congratulations to our All Academic Baseball Team members with a 3.8 GPA or higher: Breanah Pfaff, Grady Larson, Seth Dewitz, Tayden Jasper, Quincy Welder, Olivia Schultz, Jaiden Larson, and Eli Witt!
