On our way down to the 2024 National FFA convention we toured the Arena Cheese Factory in Arena WI and Beckman Mill and Historical Museum in Rock Count's Newark Township 1840s. Students observed the process of making cheese and watching the Beckman Mill corn into flower using a turbine powered by water from the Raccoon Creek.
