Wolves Week 9/26/22

JV FB Parents: There will NOT be a JV game in Turtle Lake this evening due to lack of available JV football players. JH will still be playing at 5:00pm.
Congrats to Breanah Pfaff for breaking the volleyball school record of Most Assists in a Match on Thursday, September 22nd in our game vs. EKM. The previous record was 44, and Breanah broke it with 49! Way to go, Breanah!


Congrats to Kennedy Harter for reaching 1,000 career kills this weekend during the Devils Lake Tournament!

The Kindy Kids were analyzing characters this week in the story The Three Little Pigs. Their STEM challenge was to design and build a strong home using gum drops and tooth picks that the Big Bad Wolf(AKA their teachers blow dryer) could not blow down. The kids had fun team working together and most of the houses did not get blown down!




Agriculture Education class we just finished a round of Demonstration speeches. This week was How to change a tire on a vehicle, how to change a blade on a lawn mower and how to safely grill food.
Good afternoon. 5th and 6th grade girls basketball practice today, Friday, September 16th, is cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
The Varsity Football Game this evening is in Ashley. There was a previous schedule that had differently. It is now updated. The game will also be on KSJB Radio. Good luck to the Wolves!
KC Wolves Volleyball Wins big tonight!! The Wolves swept the NGS Imperials 3-0. Way to go Wolves!!

The Kindy Kids had their 1st visit of the year to the Golden Manor! After reading the story Ten Apples Up On Top the kids had the challenge to try and stack ten apples using play dough, apples, and teamwork. Our friends at the manor enjoyed the show. We ended our visit with sidewalk chalk. Thank you for the Mickey Mouse Waffle cookies! The kids loved them!




The JV Football game scheduled for Monday, September 19 vs. South Border in Steele has been cancelled. We will still plan to hold 5th grade at 4pm, 6th grade at 5pm, and JH at 6pm.
The Kidder County Volleyball Team is hosting a silent auction fundraiser during our volleyball game against Central McClean on October 6th. All proceeds will go to a member of our community that has been affected by cancer. We are looking for individuals and businesses to donate and sponsor silent auction items. Due to several requests, the Coaches Club will be running the Rambow online clothing site again from October 17th - October 28th. A display of some items offered through the sale will be available during Parent-Teacher Conferences with information sheets and laptops available to compete orders. Items will be scheduled to arrive before the Christmas holiday!
The JV football game in Napoleon for this evening has been cancelled. 5th grade will play at 4:00pm, 6th grade at 5:00pm, and JH at 6:00pm.
The student body ended Homecoming week by packing the gym and dancing the night away.

The Kidder County Volleyball Team took 2nd place in the Center Stanton Tournament this weekend. We went 4-2 on the day and fell to Beulah 1-2 in the championship match.
