"Maybe Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. Maybe Christmas...perhaps...means a little bit more!!!"
~Dr.Seuss
Today was a good day for the Third Graders to frost and decorate sugar cookies with friends...and of course eat them too!!!

Ms. Bauer and the Literacy Committee are excited to host a "Braids and Books" event at our school this year. Each month, one child is selected to get their hair braided while reading books to Ms. Bauer. This is one way we hope to encourage a love of reading across our school community!

Thank you to these two young ladies for bringing in a donation that will go towards our school playground fundraiser. They raised $12 this past weekend selling candy! If you are interested in helping towards this project in any way, we'd greatly appreciate your support!
