team with Joe M. Number 7

A few days before last week's game Connor Hill shared how he built such a strong and positive foundation with his team?

“Sometimes people forget they don't have to be so uptight all the time so I try to have fun with my team,” Hill said.

AGREED! Having a connection and bond with your players means something more to the players.

Gabe Peterson impressed coach hill this week with his work ethic.

"He's been going really hard this week and he's making it tough for the starters during scout team stuff, and he's not only improving himself, he's helping them get better,” Hill said.

Senior Joe Moch shared some advice for new players and how his biggest inspiration is Cam Newton,

“I like the way he plays. He's unstoppable,” Moch said.

Moch said if he could go back and tell his younger self something he would tell himself to “hit the weight room so you don't break down like you are right now.”

He also shared his biggest tips for balancing physical recovery with weekly training.

“ICEING! Make sure your drinking enough water and having a proper good meal prep but also make sure your icing a lot,” Moch said.
